Server IP

I didn't do anything special, woke up, uploaded 2 files, all good, 1h later came to upload another file on zoom and saw it wasn't working, i went on the site to check it was down.

Now the site seems to be back but still having 502 Gateway errors and upload not working.

if it was just me, my view count would be normal, but today it's not even close to the average I get every day. I use google chrome, but I've tested it on mobile, on ps4, on tablet, and in none of them, I've reset the router several times and after two actions on the dashboard the site stops responding.

whenever I change the ip on the VPN I can access the site, but after two actions on the dashboard the site stops working.

help me please, my viewers are pissed because the links aren't working, and with that i lose credibility on my site.

I'm sorry to hear that, right now the platform is on high security a single change can cause the website to be down for multiple hours

It's late here, we expect to resolve those issues tomorrow

I believe there is a issue with google captcha, tomorrow we will implement our InHouse captcha service so there will be no more problems.

But it's very strange many users reported they don't have any issue, please change browser until tomorrow maybe it will help.

Anyone with this problem can send me the IP via PM I can make sure to whiteliste so it won't be blocked.

We found the issue now, it was related to the /v/ page, it should be fine now
IP's will remain blocked until tomorrow please use a VPN/Proxy Temporary

To be honest not only the upload is broken, right now we as human are broken. :sweat_smile:
We will work on the upload issues by tomorrow evening, we are expecting a very long day tomorrow ....

Update:
Platform is very stable at moment, only some issues with upload remaining which will be fixed tomorrow.

after 20 hours of trying, I found an IP from a country I don't even know and I'm managing to browse the site lol, the problem now is the views, but tomorrow everything will be solved ;)

It's not related to the IP, we found the problem that was blocking the IP's see my reply to you above :)
The /v/ page had some issues, whenever you visited it the IP was blocked, but it's fixed now :)

Views are also fine now as well.
