Uhm, max reached means you reached max earing from that IP for 1 day. Imagine a leecher you block... he/she will never use your download links again. and on the other side, ddownload can't pay every download, that wouldn't make sense. Imagine a tv show 20 GB with 1 GB parts and they have to pay for every part... ddownload could file for bankruptcy faster than we might upload 100 MB.

it's common sense, isn't it?

What lila has described is quite true. It is a give and take for both parties. It must be a realistic system. But because we are even more generous, we also compensate Free Pay-Per-Download, which hardly exists these days.
 
Everything seems fine to me, this is the second time that I return with you but I am in the same ones, my premium users appear and then I do not see any sales, I only see cents in downloads .. and I stick 3 or 4 months and in the end I'm leaving because, in a total of 9 months ... I see my premium users downloading and the sales are nowhere ... are you sure that the tracking works well?

I do not intend to disturb anyone .. I only count on my experience in this host.

Some payments were accidentally marked as REJECTED.

Hello, I sent ticket 2 weeks ago (ID: 5588) about missing API functions (copy, delete, move) that I need to manage my files in better way (because I could be able to delete outdated ones and replace with new ones and so on, and keeping track of active links and so on). I have some experience in XFilesharing PRO (well, I don't like Perl) or PHP apps, so I'm open to cooperation what is missing in current API to make these functions work properly.

And from my previous post I didn't get an answer :)

Does Ddownload accepts debrid sites? Because if not then where could be possible to report such site? I think it would be useful when in reports users would be able to see nickname of user account that download. Then I could be in easy way to discover such account/accounts.

I don't contribute very often to the forum, but now I have to react to defend DDL. For many years I have been dealing with uploading with breaks and I must admit that it is hardly ever for the hosting admin to be as open, friendly and helpful as DDL is used to. I happened to get paid despite paid status. It was enough to write, explain everything and DDL sent the money .. I never had any problems with them. Scamhunter don't attack me that I probably have a VIP account, I don't have one, but I know DDL are great people and I don't believe they cheat on others. Apart from you, you don't see any problem with them.
 
It's funny that the majority is happy wiht @ddownload.com and there will always be a few that complain. ALWAYS. DDownload can't make it right to all of us, no company ever can.

They're a company, not only a hosting service. We're talking about employees, salaries, costs, marketing etc. Mistakes always happen. I'm also not here to defend ddownload, but kudos to them. I know they will get bigger and better. I do have trust in them and enjoy everything they've done for us!

and for all the scam screamers on here... you wanna make legitimate money in a not so legitimate business. the hypocrisy is big.
