May I know your location, it might be server and your location problem. We will try to add an asian server which will make for faster on your side. Right now, we only have EU & RU server locations, that might be a problem on your side, but, on my side, the download speed seems to be pretty normal. Anyway, we will check this and take a look at it as soon as possible.

Sorry but, since we are using a 3rd payment service except Bitcoin, we can't decrease the minimum payout for paypal. We will try to contact our add network if it possible, to double check so they might gave us exception.

We don't actually use other video player other than videojs, but, we are working on videojs styles/skin. We are currently working on JWPlayer videojs skin, which uses the the videojs playback while using the JWPlayer skin.
