I see a lot of videos originally in HD that after uploaded on ninjastream are only in SD format. Why? I read two options on the vids: 360p and 720p but really both are in 360p. Why?

Any chance you can extract the name of the video through Google drive video instead of having to manually add the filename to the url? Thanks
Hello,

I'll take a look at it if possible.

Hello,

It is really 720p, it might be some quality control problem on videojs side.
fembed remote upload won't be added?
Hello,

I am still working on fembed remote upload. If possible, can you send me a sample video url of fembed?.
When I got the time to do it, I'll do it as soon as possible. For now, I am still fixing some small bugs on the system.

Sorry but I'm not agree. The videos that I see are really in SD quality, the player says that I can choose 720p or 360p but nothing change. I've analyzed the video when I select 720p and is an ultra-compressed SD video

All of my videos are 1080p but in the player, it says 800p I don't see any quality changes It's as good as 1080p its HD. The resolution in videojs is based on the height of the video. Some videos that take the whole screen (no black bar) is 1040p in videojs.

Hello,

It is depends on your video's width. We are trying to get your video's width and use it as your resolution. You can create a support ticket and we will check it for you manually.

You are correct, it says 800p since your video width is 800x?. Which is 1080p.

after video encoding, video quality does loss. much better render same quality, only less file size.
Hello,

Can you send me your video URL via PM?. If your file is already mp4 we don't actually re-encode the whole video. We copy it's bitrate, and codec if it is already an h264 video file and convert it into HLS. Which will not lose your video's quality.

Hello,

What do you mean by export by name file?. Do you mean on it's name file?.
I'm not sure but. we do have an export feature.
yes i mean export name file only without embed link. streamtape have this features.
