When I uploaded videos via web upload sometimes the uploaded video gets duplicated 2-3 times in the files list.

Well, it seems like their support email also didn't reply. Look at all the complaints until this day no one got fixed yet nor a response.

Can you add upload your own subtitle to the JWplayer? this subtitle should be temporarily just for the viewer.
