they are sending mass payments to affiliates which UL is initializing, google it, ask them, figure out yourself, check your last payment title. Mass webmoney payout was done 16 October. Bank mass payment is not done yet. They got problem with bank payout provider. It's simple to me if they can't handle it, they will cancel all withdrawals and suggest to choose another payout form as they once did with webmoney. The provider requested more data to make transfers then users needed to request again. Let's wait some more time and we will see if they can still pay by bank or not.
I ask for webmoney because I don't understand why they pay some and not others.

I have a guess that they have already sent the money to the broker, so you can't change anything, nor they can't send another payment until this one "stuck" is cleared. That's the only logical explanation, don't you think? All bank payouts requested between 29 June to 23 July are paid(stuck in fact), and all requested after 23 July are only checked, not paid. Is that clear for you? That situation happened last year also, and after 40+ days two payouts came in one day. This year waiting time is longer. I can't say how long will it take to get that money but only thing we can do is wait or open another account because Webmoney and Cryptovoucher payouts are operating at "normal" state right now we can say. If my payout request from 23 July will change it's status from checked to paid/hold/declined or simply dissapear I will inform you. Here's your screenshot, hope you like it. One account bank transfers and another new accout the cryptos.

All people who uses bank payout option has the same I assure you are not alone, they are working on "solving it", if something change I will inform you, in the meantime I suggest you to open new account and when they pay you, then you can go back working on old account, you don't need to speak everyday here the same.
