there are many people who report a absence of sound in the videos (about 3 or 5 videos per day, but I think there are more), each day a different video, this problem is difficult to see and appears randomly, when I watch the reported video I don't notice any problem.

I have already seen this problem by chance and therefore I know that it exists and that it is real. This is just for your information, maybe I'm not the only one in this situation.

It could be an isolated case but even so we should investigate. Kindly send me the concerned videos links in addition of some helpful informations such as the user device, browser, OS, used by that time when you faced this error, and I will take the necessary for you within 24 hours just like the previous bug you reported previously. :couple_mm:

1. The current streaming system is powered by @ProStream while the older ("Crap & Shitty" as you say) streaming system was powered by us.
2. The older player had different pre-loading settings which caused more data to be loaded before the video starts, and we have updated this part with the new player.

There is no need to apology, because I admit the facts you mentioned, since our streaming system was much worse the last year so as the experience viewers were getting back then.

First of all, the pleasure is mine to have you with us. Second, worrying about partners is part of a long term investment which called trust and loyalty.

Back in April there was a bug causing users with minimum ads mode earning money, and as you know they shouldn’t, since we display one ad only with this mode. Anyone would be able to simply switch into that mode and benefit from this loophole, but what happened is the opposite, since we received multiple reports about that bug, and focus on the part where I said “Multiples” so it’s not one or two partners who reported this but more than that. So where did this care from the users to the service came do you think? So as I told you in the beginning, it’s long term investment.
 
can anyone else confirm that reddit is starting to ban gounlimited links in posts?

i post in a few subs and whenever i post a gounlimited link in a post that post doesnt show up. if i post the same post without the gounlimited link it shows straight away

I checked Reddit and the refers that we used to get from there before and now, and I see no difference. It’s not that much in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and it’s still on the same range on 2020 with no drops or increase. Not even 0.1% of our partners refers are coming from there since then or by now, so I can confirm that there is no difference that helps to identify if there is an issue or not.
