We have a small delay for URL and Clone Upload on the database, which is temporary, but it’s not something wrong because eventually the file will work but there is a huge load recently causing this delay. We will fix it by this week. However, web upload shouldn’t be affected by this but only URL and Clone Upload as mentioned previously. We apologize for the longer waiting but it should be fine within few minutes after cloning or URL uploading.

In short language: when you clone a file or URL upload it, the system will generate you a link that shows that this video is deleted but only for few minutes until the DB complete the preparation process and then the file will work fine eventually after these few minutes. You can face this issue only if you check your files immediately but if you wait for few minutes for the preparation to be completed you won’t face it, since the file works fine after that. However, we gonna fix this delay regardless that it doesn’t affect anything, because it’s confusing for the uploader who check his files immediately.

It is not possible to offer multiple qualities and get affiliate rates at the same time, or otherwise payouts will take months to be processed like RapidVideo days, with all respect to that services admins but they weren’t able to handle both of the storage costs and the affiliate rates because of the multiple resolutions.
