Example: You had 800 files, and you have re-uploaded them, so you will be compensated with $800.



Another example: you had 2000 files, and you have re-uploaded them, so you will be compensated with $1000 because the maximum compensation is $1,000.



2- All partners will be compensated with 3 months earnings, with no maximum limits.



Example: Your January income is $250, so you will compensated with $250 x 3 = $750



3- All partners will get Double Rates

Whenever the first and second compensation is processed for your account, you will get Double Rates for a whole month.



How can I claim my compensation?

* Please make sure you don’t add any additional words to the email subject so we can identify and process your request easier and faster.



Please make sure also to include these informations in your email:

  • Your account username
  • The number of files you uploaded as a replacement for the dead files you had. Please do not include/count the number of your new files.
  • A screenshot of your January account reports.


We may reply asking for additional informations in order to process your request. We will also provide you with additional information how you gonna receive the compensation.

Since we're expecting hundreds of emails daily regarding this matter, and since we will check each email carefully to identify the compensation amount, please allow us up to 2 weeks to reply regarding this matter. But if you needed any support, you can contact us through the same email and you will get a reply within 48 hours.

What happens to the re-uploaded vids that had conversion errors, black screen, no playable content and no thumbnails? Will they still be processed or is there a way to find out which ones are broken?
