Please make sure also to include these informations in your email:

  • Your account username
  • The number of files you uploaded as a replacement for the dead files you had. Please do not include/count the number of your new files.
  • A screenshot of your January account reports.


We may reply asking for additional informations in order to process your request. We will also provide you with additional information how you gonna receive the compensation.

Since we're expecting hundreds of emails daily regarding this matter, and since we will check each email carefully to identify the compensation amount, please allow us up to 2 weeks to reply regarding this matter. But if you needed any support, you can contact us through the same email and you will get a reply within 48 hours.

but how do you know we have uploaded old movies as i have to upload somewhere 100-200 links from gounlimited every day maybe and more, or we need to upload some old link and new link and send it to you

what if i've lost count about my reuploaded files sir? because i've already mixing some of my reuploaded backup files with my new uploads because some of my reuploaded backup files are in continue with the new uploads. can you just see how many files that i have now and subtract it with how many files i have before the situation? because on some post you've already said this method.

We will compare the old number with the new one, as stated with Part number one.
It’s not necessary to track your activities.
 
Fine with those limit compensation. So the videohost will at least survive. They have the best counting on videos views and have fairest of every condition when there is a problem before the shutdown of videowood. They are better in openload x100 sorry, You all know that guys.

Buy why you do this? Everyone is earning like nothing right now, as all files are still not playable, so useless compensation?

Most partners already re-uploaded their files and their account reports works fine. You should do the same in order to get this task processed faster for you mate. Sorry for the troubles.

I reupload videos but same thing - they are encoding too slow.
Is there any way to encode them in my local computer, upload already encoded and not waste our time on that? if yes then how?

Now, I have a doubt, could I claim the second compensation clause and then request the other two? I just have a third part of my files recovered.

Well, I reuploaded like 3.000 Files of 3.600 already, but still very low earning, almost every Video is still in Encoding queue, so it will take time till income is back to normal, and then x2 Rates are over

Both can be calculated together when you’re done recovering your data. Sorry for the troubles.

Because most files hasn’t been encoded yet, the streaming speed for the original files is heavy for medium connections which cause lower views. We’re working right now to process the encoding process for all files ASAP.
