Well, all I know currently is that thevideo usually pays in less than a week and it's been almost two weeks now. And it's almost the day to cash out again (15th/30th) so that won't happen. And I tried to contact them via an e-mail, thevideo's online contact form and the chat and they haven't written back. So it's worrisome. It's possible as Horrorspoke suggested that they needed "topping up" before paying Skrill, but considering they never seemed to have any problems paying in the past, that's worrisome too. Maybe you could try contacting them again Horrorspoke and ask about Skrill? They seem to respond to your chat requests for some reason...

Update: Thevideo just contacted me. They said the following about Skrill payments: "Unfortunately Skrill is taking a bit longer to sort out due to lack of funds." And they suggested I choose another payment method and they said, "if you can switch to another method, it would be very helpful for us, if not, we will do our best to sort this out asap." So I've changed to Payza and hopefully they'll pay me now. I know others are also waiting for Skrill payments, so I wanted to post this as it would be of interest to them I would think.

Yeah they messaged me saying the same thing, I had already asked on your behalf haha. BTC and payza should all be paid now for thevideo. Also, vidup payments are being paid today for those who are waiting (that's what they've said). Again, I assume that this will be BTC and payza, so it might be beneficial to change payment method over there if people haven't already. If the Payza and BTC funds run out before everyone is paid, then it's worth switching back over to skrill, as I think they'll be paid shortly afterwards.

They responded the same to me. Switched to BTC from skrill, hopefully now they gonna pay me. They used to always pay on time. Just couple recent months were disturbing.
 
Well, still not paid. :( Believe me, I have payments more outstanding than this, January 30. But thevideo was always so reliable in the past, always within 5 days. They asked me to change my payment method from Skrill, which I did. It's not like I've lost hope or anything. But I would like this money already.
 
The last message I had from them was Saturday morning. They said all payments foe thevideo would be done by Sunday, and vidup processed before the end of the weekend. Since then, nothing. And no response via their chat either.

Same here. It's sad and disappointing that they are delaying it so much. Hope for the best though.
 
Has anyone heard from these guys or been paid since last weekend? I'm seriously thinking that I might stop using thevideo until it's clear what's going on. There's no point using them if they make money off me and I make zero. I can at least mitigate my damages at this point. It's hard to keep positive considering the lack of communication. And when they communicate, they just stall and make excuses. If anyone knows anything, please share...

Nope. last time I heard from them was week ago when they said switch to payza or btc. Haven't go paid yet, I'm waiting almost a month now. I'm very disappointed of them. No communication. No updates on payments. They did put some news on zoom uploader recently though. They seem to not give a shit about affiliates. If they not going to pay soon I will consider stop using them for sure.
 
I got my payment last week via Bitcoin. After 2 days I put another payment request 10$ via bitcoin. Still pending.Will they pay? NOT SURE. But I am still putting videos on there servers.

Actually they might not be worst than bestreams. lets hope for the best.

To be honest, I didn't give much credence to this until today. I check out my totals once a week and did that today. All my hosts were pretty-much status quo except for one -- guess which one? -- thevideo is noticeably lower. It looks like 20-30% less depending on the prior week I'm looking at. Could just be a coincidence of course...

Well, thevideo just paid me via Payza. I'm happy -- very happy -- but I can't say that I'm 100% satisfied, because it's clear that thevideo thinks what they did is OK -- not paying in the time frame as usual, stalling, delaying, being incommunicado. All of that. My proof is that just prior to getting paid, I received a reply to a post I made on their chat where I asked again to get paid, but also commented that they're getting a number of negative posts on this forum where people are getting annoyed and even starting to suggest that views counts are being manipulated. So instead of saying in their reply something like "we just paid you, sorry for the delay" the only thing they said was that they haven't manipulated view counts and that the views count thing was a "technical issue" they had. In fact, they didn't even say they'd paid me. And clearly they were somewhat offended by the suggestion that views counts would be manipulated by them. It doesn't seem to me that they think they did anything wrong. So I have no reason to think they won't do it again.

Having said that, I'm relieved and happy they paid me and you can be sure that I won't allow my balance to ever get so high again without cashing in. I hope all others get paid today also.

Well I have 20 pending on BTC in one account an thevideo, and 10 pending in another for payza. I didn't receive anything yet. I'm not particularly bothered about those two payments at the moment though, I just want my vidup payment which now stands at 300.44. They told me via message last week that they would pay by the end of Sunday, which they never did, that was 8 days ago now. When they replied to me in the early hours of the morning today, they asked again if I was talking about thevideo or vidup. I just want that payment clearing to give me some faith that they'll continue to pay.

So, my vidup message was seen, but completely ignored. It obviously didn't even warrant a response. I guess that means vidup is now a dead dog and won't be coming back. On my other account I did get a response, and they are paying BTC payments today for thevideo (they specifically said 'thevideo' which again makes me think that vidup will be no more).

they responded same shit to me couple days ago and I still haven't got paid yet! They become shady af. Very sad what's going with them lately.
