Okay I have a question. By my armpits where the bend is next to the chest area I have what looks like stretch marks. Just a few small ones by each armpit. Now I have put on a lot of weight and muscle this past 6 months. Maybe around 50lbs and a lot of muscle. I was smaller back then. Will these marks go away over time? I've noticed them for a couple weeks now.

Same problem as me Jesse, I actually PMed Smith about this months ago. He said I gotta use some kind of lotion on it or it might get worse, I have them stretches for months now, probably even a year.

I asked a pharmacist about them and he said that when the muscle grows too fast for the skin to handle, stretch marks is the outcome, kinda like when a woman gets pregnant. He commended Olive oil 2-3 times a day, but I never even bothered to try it.

Olive oil hmm... I might give it a shot. It doesn't look as bad as when I first noticed it weeks ago. To be honest I do not even know how long it has been there.

3 meals a days + snacks and coffee between meals

How can i improve

3 meals a day. That's it? When I was putting on weight I was around 7 or 8 meals a day + snacks. I literally set a timer to go every hour and ate then. I ate when I woke up to pee in the night.

You're gonna want to wait until you have time for exercising then. It will take up a lot of time.

Anyway, for the food if you go my way, wait to do this until you can workout:

Eat, eat, eat. Anything and everything. Doesn't even matter what it is. Pizza, fast food, hamburgers, chicken, whatever. Just be eating all the time several times a day. Every hour eat something even if you are full to get into the habit of eating. Trust me, you will start to hate eating lol I consider it to be a chore now.

Don't even worry about what it is you're eating. Eating sucks enough at first to be going with the healthy choices. Start with the stuff you like first to make it a bit easier. If you notice you start to get a gut, then you can switch to the healthier stuff. But most people will not last long at it if they do not train themselves to eat first.

Also search out a mass gainer shake.

As for at home stuff:
- pushups wide and close
- leg raises
- squates
- dips off your bed or a low chair
- get a weight bench

Just google at home workouts

Yeah. That's normal. I have stretch marks too. You should Google it and put on some lotion. You cannot heal those but you could pretty much make them less visible. If you don't treat it, those stretch marks will become pretty visible later on.

Doctor will never give you any useful advices when it comes to Bodybuilding, unless he's a bodybuilder (I doubt). Some doctors don't even recommend Whey Protein and Creatine. Those 2 supplements have been tested so many times and not a single side effect has been found. It's a meal replacement.

3 meals a day is nothing, kinda like starving if you wanna build muscle. 4-5 meals minimum. Those meals can be whole foods or protein shakes.

I eat around 6-7 meals when bulking, tons of calories. If you're thin (not fat), just eat as many meals you can and get in as much calories as you can.

@Smith for the pushups
What frequency you recommand it
I mean daily and if yes then @ what time
also @ what set
for e.g
15 pushup

Pushups will be good for start. Once you can do 20 pushups without any problems you either need to put some weight on your back or get someone to push you down while you push up to create resistance.

I don't have one right now mate, I'm really confused though, been so for past few months. On top of that I've got injured recently, nothing bad but I'm looking to start my own business, fitness related if possible, it's time..

I'd love to resell supplements, but I don't see anyone offering good rates. I've noticed so many people do not know how to supplement correctly.

Confused on?

^ that's hardcore. You need to contact the manufacturing directly, if you want good rates + huge number of quantity
It is also really competitive

That's why I never tried because you'd have to contact the manufacturers. If there was a place you could just signup, pick products or setup a store, then I would and just send it some traffic. Nothing to get rich off of, but it'd be something for a bit of fun and maybe save some funds buying stuff myself ;)

Hello, wanna know if it is compulsory using a leather belt, even when I don't lift high weights. I mean, I'm working more with apparats. I'm taking only halter when I do exercises for pectorals, for upper, lower, outer and inner pectorals and when I'm doing normal biceps I'm lifting weights, standing on my feet position.

I've gained lots of weight xD 90 KG now :p but I don't look fat :p because my height is 6'2"

Anyways, I joined the college gym, did few basic exercises for 1 week and then left it. Now I just do Pushups (3 sets)
1st Set - 15
2nd Set - 7
3rd Set - 5

And I cannot go beyond this, my hands starts to shiver after this :p and I don't eat any non-vegetarian food, so my strength is low according to my body mass ? (fuck ?)

@Blaze That pushup number will increase over time. You always start with one. Soon it will be 50, may be more in future.
You tell your body what to do, your body will get shocked at first. Overtime your body will get used to it.
You numbers will increase. You shiver bcuz you don't do it a lot. Don't forget to rest your body.
Good luck. Pushup is easy.
But it is harder if you combine Diamond shape (V), Normal pushup and Wide pushups with no rest. :)

You said you gained weight why do some compound movement instead of pushup :D. Turn it into muscle and strength.

I'm done weight gaining now. Tips for burning just fat and not putting on more weight? I've cut food down quite a bit. I'm premaking meals for 5 or 6 days at a time. Mixed veggies, spinach, sweet potato, boneless skinless chicken or lean (fatty grease pushed out in a strainer) in each meal.

Doing most of my exercises standing now. Liking that.
