We have evaluated performance of Pay per Download rates and we came to conclusion, that we can't hold current rates anymore, which were highest in the industry.

From 6 May 2012 we are lowering pay per download rates but compensate it by moving some countries from group 4 and 3 to group 2 and 1.

Pay per sale rate will be unchanged.

First Germany In Group A and now you compensate to move into B group.

Canada France Spain And Italy With Germany (Already In Group A Now In B) Should Be In Group A if you really want to compensate. Because you lowered too much PPD rate (From 40% to 70%) for group B C D
 
please increase 250-500 Mb for Group A !

20 $ is very little :( It can be 23 $ :)
