What I suggest is, even though Rapidspeeds is close,
Leaseweb should plug back the cable and let the customers servers online first.
Then give us 14 days to contact Leaseweb directly, to arrange the transfer from Rapidspeeds to Leaseweb directly.

I've enough suffer from these 23 hours:facepalm:

To anyone considering of moving from RS to Leaseweb :

Don't forget that Leaseweb won't allow any Warez related materials + as for their 100tb bandwidth offer - they will most likely block your server after using 10tb. Check out their fair usage policy on those servers carefully as many customers got f**** after a few days with that.
Yes it is a bad idea. Many company already gone bust from 100TB offering.

Leaseweb is only good if you get full rack + pay the support fee.
 
I may be wrong but its highly possible they are giving those twitter updates to calm down customers while they transfer all their funds to their bank accounts .

If anyone else feel the same way , better open a pp dispute before its too late .

Its clear that they have been lying all along about the leaseweb network issue & the DDOS.

If the servers are back online , you can cancel the dispute then and in the other event - you ''might'' get your money back.

any possible to get our data ? i am really worried from yesterday i didn't move from my pc . still waiting for a good news........... :(

++ might be good advice.

But they posted a while ago that they were going to change the name, so if they have been planning this then they'd already have most of the money.

Further, why would they bother getting evo/knowin?

It is weird that the business name dissolve at the same day, as far as I know the IP ranges wouldn't be released or disrupted, on the other hand if they refused to pay their bills LW would pull the plug pretty damn quickly. And they'd want to dissolve the company ASAP to avoid paying (read: so darren wouldn't have to pay, although I'm not sure that would make any difference).

Wonder if Craig saw this coming and why he left :/

(also wonder if anyone remembers who said something like this would happen around a year ago :/)

Thanks Mindy for reposting it and why are the mods deleting the REAL posts. This is a real full proof to Rapidpeeds clients and other RDP reseller clients that Rapidspeeds fooled us by saying that their servers were ddosed.

I think we all got scammed by rapidpeeds...:O

Now almost 90% RDP reseller are lost because all of them have rented their servers from RS...

That's why Staff shouldn't be involved with any hosting companies when they can make posts disappear

so still we have to wait for 24 hours for RapidSpeeds international ?

but nothing in their twitter updates i still see 12-18 hours msg
 
Well thehacker123 also said that the servers were down due to a 5-6gbps ddos which turned out to be a lie , so why should anyone believe him now ?

IE, tell us what the frak happened ;)
