As you can see on our website WebT Hosting has now a 99% customer satisfaction commitment. Many of you did not read the terms properly probably when signing up I understand.

If you were not satisfied 99% for any reason what so ever please follow the following:

1. If you had a shared hosting account (and did not use rapidleech) and you were not satisfied for any reason please open a support ticket from the same account to get 3-12 months of free shared hosting depending on the reason you were not satisfied.

2. If you had a shared hosting account (and used rapidleech) and you were not satisfied for any reason please open a support ticket from the same account to get 2 months of free shared hosting as a consolation. (you can not use rapidleech)

Your online sales support promises things which are later used to make you violate the terms:

1) Rapidleech is officially not allowed. However your online support said that private rapidleech is allowed and it was later confirmed in writing that upto 100Gb per month private rapidleech was no problem.

However, I was accused to violate the terms.

2) I asked if I could store warez on your server. The answer was 'we don't monitor the server'. However, if you store files, you get another violation offense.

Awaiting your response regarding the 2 months free hosting.

The sales person said you can open a dispute?

Your payment was already refunded on good faith. Please remember refunds are not provided when you violate the terms.
 
I have given 4 days time, now closing the free months offer.

Conclusion: Either 99% of the people commenting had violated the terms and do not want the consolation prize or you did not use our service at all, only took the pleasure of commenting.

well dont know why you still got a unlimited shared still going when you actually limited to about 450gb a mth max and dont say you dont
so really you should put on your site max is 450gb unless they pay more but that would mean they would after upgrade to vps which alot cant aford

It does not mean you can use terabytes of bandwidth for $5. We do not buy bandwidth at that price either. We warned you and allowed you a few months time but still you continued to use terabytes of bandwidth and we had to suspend you.
 
you never said you was gunna totally limit me to 450gb untill you suspended account and i think you should change the unlimited on your site to 450gb as people will get the wrong idea

Go to Hostgator and do the same and then advise them to change the unlimited.
 
Well not being a customer and all I feel I shouldn't butt in BUT I read through your Terms of use and have to call a couple things out.

First and the biggest one.

18.) Changes to the Terms
WebT Hosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
That"s total and complete BS

Another one that's quite disturbing

13.) Price Change
We reserve the right to change prices listed on WebTHosting.com, and the right to change the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

and my favorite from section 5
We can not be help responsible if any data is lost during situations like hard drive failure.

How can you run a legitimate business with grammar and spelling errors throughout your Terms

2.WorldStream C.V. has the right to change the tariffs. (taxes) These modifications at least one months before the commencement of principal announced. Client is entitled to terminate the agreement at the date of the change.

They will tell you. You just change shit and make people mad

Not trying to call this host out. Just pointing obvious flaws that people should Know about, because I know I am one of the few to actually read Terms of Server/Use.
Just because you state we can do this without notifying in the eyes of your payment processor the buyer is almost 100% entitled for a full refund when services do not meet expectations
 
patt i agree i've been pointing the flaws out for ages but now others are noticing so im sitting back to watch the show :D
