I've lost tons of files since yesterday.

Why? They are not in my deleted files nor in files reported to DMCA.

I have a premium account, with unlimited storage, which I actually renewed yesterday... So what happend to hundreds of my files?

They were posted and shared in my websites and now they're gone. And some of them had only been posted yesterday....

I'm waiting for an answer as to why you deleted hundreds of my files, including files from yesterday, hours after I paid $30 to extend my premium account.

Files that were active, posted and shared.

Premium is unlimited storage and lifetime storage.

I hope you're going to restore all my deleted files.

1- Give me an example of deleted files to check the reason behind the deletion
2- Premium is absolutely unlimited, don't spread fake words
to approve my point, you are the only one who is complaining here

Will send you sample links that I still have that were posted through pm, but there were hundreds more that I don't even know and I'm not going through all my now dead posts.

Also, I am not spreading any 'fake words'. I'm stating the truth.

These links I sent you through PM are just examples of the hundreds of links that were removed, because I had well over 2400Gb of occupied storage, and since last night I only have Used space: 1892.33 GB

I'm not spreading "false information", I simply stated exactly what happened: hundreds of my files were deleted for no reason.

If it didn't happen to anyone else, that is wonderful for them.....
But it happened to me, and the most obvious ones were the ones that were posted just yesterday and got removed.....


Something happened for all hundreds of files to be removed. :( :(

@YouDBox I wish nothing but the best with this host, or I wouldn't have invested in premium. I fully support you and your host. I just don't understand why this happened.
