Purtroppo non è un problema a noi dovuto.E' in corso un intervento di manutenzione sul server mysql dal nostro fornitore. Non possiamo sapere quanto tempo richiede l'intervento. Abbiamo aperto un ticket appena riscontrato l'errore, e sollecitato telefonicamente poco tempo fa.
Nell'attesa stiamo ultimando i lavori sul server FTP per renderlo attivo appena torniamo online.

Unfortunately there is a problem due to us. is an ongoing maintenance work on the mysql server from our supplier. We can not know how long it needs attention. We opened a ticket just found the error, and solicited by telephone recently.
Waiting we are finishing work on the FTP server to make it active when we come back online.
