in detalied reports i have 48 dls and is counted only 17 and im 100% all my dls is uniq

and i have dls from US and GB and only one is counted from US

If there is a "1" under premium, then it mean that the user that downloaded that file is a premium user.

We do not charge a fee, paypal does. It should be listed on their website.

We are pleased to announce that from now on you will be able to see if someone used Jdownloader to download your files in the affiliate reports section.

Also, we now count 1 IP per user per 24 hours. So if 1 IP downloads your file, then downloads another users file, both of these downloads will count. So both affiliates will earn from it.
