We only delete premium files if there is a DMCA request Anurr.
Just because you are a premium users does not mean you get immunity. Premium users files live for 90 days after the premium has expired.
Yes, we have disabled this as we are working on creating a daily summary of deleted files instead of sending a mail for every file that gets deleted.

My list of deleted files is frozen since 10 days and everyday they delete tens of them. And I've never had the pleasure to receive any emails from them about deletions. You're definetely more lucky than me, anurr. :-D

today i got another 10gb deletd (on small files) always post mirror and mirrors are alive. we are not lying maybe theres a bug cause i dont think all files are dmca'ed cause all mirror would be deleted too..

I can confirm you are not lying. Many people mentioned the file deleting issue, so I did a little test to reproduce the issue. The result was that I got most of my small files deleted and those files were not even published in any way, I am the only person other than xerver that knows the links to the files. So that means the deletion had nothing to do with DMCA.
I don't think it is a bug because that just doen't make any sense unless the xerver developers are ****.
@xerver: I do agree with flaiho that xerver is the best ppd site despite of the file deletion issue. but if you just keep responding in your usual official saying instead of being more honest about the issue, you probably won't go too far.
