Wupload Security Question ?

Logged into my Wupload account today and found some strange files inside my folder. Wanna changed my password, but whoever got into my account changed the security question too to

cau hoi tra loi ?

Dont even know what that means, and now I cant change anything in there:'(

Theri support page says they will not deal with any hacked account, nor reset it , anyway I have managed to changed my account password using forget password method, but still cannot change the security question in there.

Sent an email yesterday , still no reply, Think it is the standard response like any other filehosts , pretended never received any email from customer

So I guess it should be ok for now, as long as I changed my password
