Also - does anyone know of any offshore hosting that really has 24/7 live support. Not just 24/7 tickets that may get answered within a few hours.
I mean REAL 24/7 you can log in and speak live to a tech to resolve your issue there and then? Does such a thing exist in the offshore hosting word??
One gets tired of waiting around hours for a ticket to even be read, every single offshore host i have ever worked with has totally naff live support compared with onshore hosting. I mean hostgator, dreamhost, actually anyone of around 20 on shore hosts i use you can actually talk to someone instantly and get your problem sorted out.
Off shore hosting = submit ticket - check back in an hour, check back in 2 hours. Start to get worried, 3 hours.....they reply. The reply does not solve your issue....wait and hour wait 3 hours.....come on seriously someone offshore get some decent support and you would actually get customers that would pay decent money. I mean i would pay $30 -£50 per month just for 200gigs transfer of only html pages and no scripts no db usage. You could fit so many people like myself on such limited hardware you could pay techs a fortune to actually sort issues out when they happen.
