I do agree with you. And I do think this is killing webhosting. For example, I have seen many, poor ripped designs (by kids no doubt). The reseller package costs as much as 5$ with some companies (overselling like mad) and they think it is a way to make quick money. I am in the webhosting business because I just simply love it! I love helping people, giving them support...

Well it depends on how the host looks and what are the prices. If it looks good enough and the prices aren't too big, then why not :)
I actually recently tried a new host for 1$/month and I am really satisfied so far ;)
