Actually yes, it is kinda easy. You just need to know the exact template tags to make everything to show at its place :) I actually created the design for about 30-40 mins (with the coding)

Well it depends on how the host looks and what are the prices. If it looks good enough and the prices aren't too big, then why not :) I actually recently tried a new host for 1$/month and I am really satisfied so far ;)
