please submit ticket as shared hosting is now going to be removed

someone had some how destroyed the server and they cant get it working
 
OMG....means all our server files gone...? I haven't backedup the servers and you are saying its destroyed completely.....:o
 
well they said they been trying to get it working and they not fully sure if it is kernal problem or not so hes fed up

and for refund requests i cant do the refunds as its upto the main person

I don't ask for money refund, you can keep it.
I just wanna all my data back and move to other web hosting

Why 125 people say ok try to fix the problem we wait and yes we working hard on it.

And few people that pay less then $1 dollar make so many complains?

 

I do realy not understand. But for us is good.. When shared is fix we refund some people and they can leave us. But the refunds are not full only for the days you have not use.

 

And for the rest from or shared customers thanks for respect and wait

if he gets it up then there be a free upgrade to 1gbit connection and the few that keep complaining will leave forever

I know you guys are working hard on it. If possible, can you just send an email to all shared hosting clients when services are back online? That will help us back up our data before something goes wrong again.
Personally speaking, I would be screwed if the data are lost :(
 
The data stored in the HDD should be fine. It's just that the server is not coming back online no matter which way we try.

We are looking in to this. Please be patient.
 
from the time i got the hosting from different hosts, all were having same problem of downtime....whenever my site starts getting visitors then a downtime comes and now it happens with you...i hope all data will be safe...:)
