They only give you problems, very unprofessional and they like too much lie all of their customers im waiting a dedicated from this host since 72 hours ago and they are with excuses of all types since the first moment.
 
We are working on the shared node. If things get fixed, we will think of some way to compensate for the loss.

Please be patient guys. We all are working on it all night long. Please....
 
Any news now? Will plz letting us know when will back online? Or plz just give my backup so that I could temporary update my site in my local machine and when the server online I could restore it?
 
I got an email few days back that shared hosting will be pulled off and we will have our sites up till April 30. I hope the servers are still there, or else I'm screwed big time.
Data won't be lost, right?

You left this msg then went away, lefting us for more than 10 hours and nothing left, the site is down so does ftp and cPanel, how to backup? Totally a joke.

I dont know what do you want to do but i have all of my backup in the VPS that i have with you and you can't delete my files

And i dont go to post nothing because only taking a look in the "dedicated" thread from page 4 anyone can see that since i purchased the not delivered dedicated your are giving only excuses like the "hospital" excuse.

Dont over more my patience, after more than 72 hours waiting dont have dedicated and not dont have money, or dedicated now or refund now

if you are working to fix the problem so why you send to all to upgrade to vps?
why you didn't say immediately there is a problem and we working to fix it?
this way to work isn't professional and look to be a bad way to make money .
I will wait to get back my backup and them i will move to another host.

They are by far the best support I have met. They act human. Support who claim to be professionals don't act human. They end up lying all the time. At least WWXS is honest :)
 
what you peple are doing.....my sites are still not up.......are you going to make it working or not....this is enough now..X-(X-(
