I, I am going to buy a Dedicated server and found Worldstream.
Have you tried this and how was it?

I Know my last host had some servers from them.. The uptime was great! :)

I used them in the past, before I signed up with them I asked them full out if I could have a warez linking forum and linked them to my forum and they said yes. 3 months later they said I am not allowed to be on their servers as I am breaking their rules with warez linking. They'll tell you anything to get you on board.
 
I know all that. Thats because of change NL rules. :p

I just have an Question, If I have an server with 1gbps and someone is going to send a DDoS attack on my server with a server that has 100mbps...

Will my server handle that attack or go down? Because the uplink speed is better..

WorldStream, a good company but in my opinion poor support. You have to wait a good few hours to get a technical response from them. They have a good network and offer some good deals. I wouldn't however recommend them over their rival, Ecatel.
 
Before they upgraded all their plans and reshuffled their system, making 4TB bandwidth the standard, they were one of the best hosts around.

But since then, they frowned upon warez linking and support has plummeted to an all time low, their network has also severely deteriorated.
