my wp take long time to post and edit

Is this a cache problem? If yes, install the WP-Cache Plugin to smooth the DB requests.

i have install it... the post take time 30sec to publish... anyone know how to make the http://blabla to be a link that can be click on wp

blur you have to manually linkify all links on wordpress it is in the tiny mce. as for your error try getting the wp-clean plugin and let it clean all orphaned tables. it could be a bad table that is causing your issues.
