And any user who only has a paypal account and doesn't know anything about crypto, what happens? Does he lose the profits what he applied for and was rejected? And how will he receive the profits that increase in his account? At least paypal payment should necessarily have existed to serve the other users as well.

We only offer PayPal for large payouts of $100 or more. Because at that point we can use a larger exchange to handle the payment. We will not do PayPal for lower payments.

The payments that you have rejected ($10.75 & $15.19), have not been returned to my account balance. However if you return them, I am able to wait until my balance reaches $100 or more.
Could you tell me what is the proccess of paypal, for when I will reach the milestone needed, since there is no option for it?

If you requested BTC as your method, no host is currently paying with BTC for now, at least you are not requesting very high amounts..
currently BTC is down again and the Fee) will be around 20/30 USD per transfer, so it means if you request less 30 USD you get 2USD and I don't think it's fair to anyone.
