You have some attitude problems, try not to spread them here. And, listen to my advice, stop going with personal attacks.
 
This is why you get infracted, mostly, for useless comments. If you have nothing smart, or constructive to add, why are you wasting time here, trying to prove that this forum sux, when you are the one that contribute to that?

You are all complaining how everything sux, yet you are trolling all over the place.
So, ummmmm....

i wasnt trying to prove anything just stating a fact.you need to come off you high horse and let the staff answer the questions for them selves and people will stop saying it to you.
 
But it isn't 'the fact', and the only fact it is, is that you are trolling, like usual...and you are killing the thread, that was useful for everyone, with your trolling. Your comment is useless, proves nothng, even if I was a staff 3 days, like you would like to believe, how that is a 'fact' I was still there, and saw the amount of shit staff have to deal each day. Pick something smart, and say. If nothing comes out, don't bother.

im not trolling but giving my input,cause you dont like it you getting upset and say he trolling etc.
 
Because you're not saying anything related to the topic in last few posts. You are trying to discredit me, while I am actually competent, to talk objectively. You weren't staff, others are still staff, no one can be more objective than ex staff member, who saw both sides.
I am not taking any side, even it might look to you that I am defending them.
Nope. I got banned from here, just a few days before I became staff, for trying to upset them...
I've seen every side of this forum.
I'm also giving my input.
 
I am a former staff member, and i stepped down without being demoted, it was my decision alone through PMs with eLight. So i am well aware of what it takes to moderate Wjunction, and sure it has its moments, but its not like some people are making it out to be a constant struggle in any way, which isnt hard to see if you look really, not at the threads, but in the chatbox, moderators wouldnt be there half as much if it was a massive workload as some are attempting to make it out to be.

Btw on topic : this thread has went too far beyong the topic. The thread meant reason of wjuctions decrease in traffic. This became a war thread, I was enjoying it and was discussing in the cb and suddenly cvr pops in and starts with me and dj mad.

My again last reason for going inactive of this community -_-

Why does every thread turn into a flame war? This is what I mean when I say the community has gone fjdgjfdlkgfd. This isn't a community if we can't discuss and share our own thoughts and opinions without making person attacks or flaming. I've read a few new posts and most of them are attacks on staff members/ex-staff members. Now, I'm not taking sides, nor I am saying that it's only the staff's fault, because you members just proved that wrong.

Here's the problem, staff members do indeed troll more than they should, BUT.. look how you members are treating them. I've stated it before, being a staff member is a privilege that shouldn't be taken lightly, but so is being a member of this community. I'll give staff members that it's hard moderating such a hostile community. And staff, if the job is as hard as you say it is, you are in no obligation to keep doing it, but if you're up for the challenge, do it correctly, be professional about the things you say and the decisions you make.

But like I said before, you can't pin this on one group, on one member, it takes a group effort, it takes the effort of everyone as a whole to bring WJunction down from where it used to be. And it also takes a group effort to pick it back up.

This thread has just proven WJunction isn't ready for that change, that effort, that improvement.

Staff should close this thread, it isn't even a discussion anymore, that stopped after the first few replies.
 
This thread has deviated from its originally intended purpose and has turned into, primarily, a 'lets bash the staff at every available opportunity' thread.

3 days of staff experience is better than no experience at all. So his claims of how the staff work here is fact as opposed to your assumptions.

It's been over a year, if I'm not wrong, since you stepped down. 365 days is a lot of time and a LOT of things have changed since. I'll agree being a staff was easier when you were around, but recently, things have changed a lot. Your argument, while valid back then, is now based off assumptions.
