lol, thats a patch, after you install VERSION1.1 copy and paste the files from that archive into: C:\wjserver

be sure you install the latest version: http://startech-hosting.com/usefultools/wjserver_v11_x86_x64_setup.exe

then apply the upgrade by copy+pasting in wjserver directory.

First i install rapidshare file.. than installed it. thn download modded rapidshare link..

than copy paste it.. than open wjserver.exe

than click on start on apachy and mysql..
than i start localhost (url on opera i also tried with firefox , IE, googleChrome) but not works for me.

Stop both services, UnInstall services, then Install services and finally start again

and if its still not working post your error log here. The log can be found here:
C:\wjserver\apache\logs\error.txt
