#1. How do i encode the files using Zend
#2. Wht Extra stuff/softwares i need to install at localhost to Run the encoded files and where (in the localhost )

Thanks, I personally think that WjServer beats XAMPP on these points:
- User Interface
- SSR System (Start/Stop/Restart in 1 second!)
- CPU/Memory Usage

btw i worked out what was wrong. If anyone has skype running, it reseves port 80 so you gotta disable that
