Restarted (Due to update of files)
Issue: It does not update start menu (Leaves old start menu info, V1.0) as well as adding V1.1
Successfully started both services without having any privilege dialog. all working ok.
Checked out USB Re-locator and works fine, also another thing for you look into is the fact the the relocator works on vbs scripting to replace the C:\ with X:\ .. maybe take into consideration to folders etc. not biggie tho, this is good atm
Ill start using this as i do prefer it over Xammp, even taking into consideration of what hyperz said, i think Xammp has a lot of un used code, this is perfect for me as its the 3 primary entities (APache,Php,MySql) in one package thats easy to navigate and its about time i moved up from the widely used server environment onto something a little more not so user friendly but professionally put together.

got it to work, turns out i had to wait :P
only problem is whenever i visit localhost, it shows a blank page rather than any contorl panel, and i also cant run php files, they show a blank screen as well. Any ideas?

@timtamboy63, After you clicked the installer it will take some time because the msi installer has to be extracted from the exe. Also try this: Installa wjserver into C:\wjserver then copy the map to your USB, you will get this: X:\wjserver, now run the usb.bat and enter C, then enter your USB driver letter and enjoy!
It must work, i've tested this all over the time.
