Its down,this is the 2nd time in just a week that its down :@ and u dont answer in your msn though it says u are online :/
 
I have tried contacting you all week via support tickets. You have not answered them. I will PM you to try and get what we need.

Also your VPS is ready humour I will PM you the details

Thanks got the details . Was working good but the speed sucks . I checked speedtest.net showed download as point .61 mbps and upload as point .12mbps .


Even downloaded a file the average speed is 30 - 200kbps
 
@Zero, I think I sent your details. I will look that up.

@wCruiser, speedtest is not reliable for showing speed examples. Also you stated in your ticket that the 200kb/s was from Rapidshare. Have you tested Megaupload, Fileserve, any other USA host?

I had no option because you are not replying my tickets there and now i see you have suspended my account saying DCMA .

So what should do now ?
 
@wCruiser, We have a zero tolerance policy for public torrent downloads. You downloaded and were caught. That's why you were suspended

I brought this VPS thinking it will be good with good speed but unfortunatlly the speed varied from 30kbps - 200kbps.

Then when i asked for a refund he never replied and now i see a DCMA notice becasue of which he has suspended the VPS and asks me to read the TOS.
(Why DCMA ? Downloaded one KICK ASS movie)

In short these RDP's are not good for warez. Your VPS will receive DCMA and he will eat all your money

i sent a ticket about my vps about 4 days ago, still no reply, now my vps is down.

a friend bought a vps too (6 days ago) and still no reply about his VPS
