Last time when sborg was down it was for more than 2 days and it was said that 3 days will be credited but i dont get the idea how bcoz myrapidleech uses prorata billing, so i didn't get extra days neither there was any reduction in invoice amount, and now since nearly 2 days till now sborg is down, it makes 5 days credit till now, so how do we get our credit?
i m not complaining about service , speeds are good most times and these breakdown also happens but atleast return us what we r promised?
