Last time when sborg was down it was for more than 2 days and it was said that 3 days will be credited but i dont get the idea how bcoz myrapidleech uses prorata billing, so i didn't get extra days neither there was any reduction in invoice amount, and now since nearly 2 days till now sborg is down, it makes 5 days credit till now, so how do we get our credit?

i m not complaining about service , speeds are good most times and these breakdown also happens but atleast return us what we r promised?
 
Ipowerz, you dont have to work on my account since i am asking for refund if you don't mind.. i haven't used any of your services anyway so i think having refund won't be a problem for both of us.. I have already bought RL services from saffron so i won't be needing another RL. I hope you understand

about the service he said it will be back up by night,n its night n em waiting...

As announced earlier that we have to move all the usa clients to netherlands (from this server) as there is high demand going on netherlands. Everyone on the server wants to go to netherlands server.

So i request you to take your backup and inform me, i will provide you FREE sborg installation to new server.
