The whole world is fucked up to begin with, no need to add an extra reason for more chaos. It should honestly stop completely. I'm fine with leaks, but when it exposes government procedure which is "questionable", but best for the people, then it shouldn't be done. These "illegal" and "questionable" tactics have been going on for centuries and will continue to go on regardless. The "leaks" were completely pointless, but they still managed to stir up the population for no reason. Which is fraud.
