Why NETU.TV has so high rates?

I remember this hosting since 2016 year.

This hosting had 80$ per 10,000 for Tier 1 countries and Tier 1 included not only USA, GB and Canada but all English speaking countries with nearly whole Europe! Also, even thought officially they kept inactive files for 60 days in fact it was much more. And I hardly remember they had ever deleted any video for DMCA complaint.

When I googled the contact email of the admin and also received an email from him, on basis of his name doubtlessly the website as the admin were RUSSIAN.

After years the system changed a bit. Now they have different premium accounts on the basis of views per days. Also, instead of 2 Tiers now they have 4 Tiers and Russia is in the lowest. 5% minimum view time changed to 1 minute.

So, despite that "downgrade" after years it has still higher rates than the other video hosting websites. If any of you had any experience with website please share your opinions. Who is the team behind this service? Or really there is only that Russian guy Michael Bisheev? Why they have so high rates? Or was this website SCAM and they don't pay more after sometime?

It's simple, withdraw the money to your account and you're done.
The bonus will always be taken by the same.

I asked for payment a few hours ago.
I haven't been paid yet.
I usually get paid in less than 5 minutes.
Removing the bonus I imagine that I increase the request for withdrawals, I think they play with the bonus to regulate when they want to attend more withdrawals and less.

Answering original question: they do have such high rate because they are not storing their files on their servers. Instead they just hot linking raw videos and putting them into their player from Chinese YouTube like services. 56.com, qq.com etc. So servers they have to afford are just middleman only.
 
Some of my viewers complain about player and have a problem playing the movie.
But besides that, the netu is even a good host, they made some good changes like file storage longer, or more payment option.
Does someone reaches 80 netu coins ($ 80) from the first level, I don't know, but netu is not bad compared to other hosts. Counter is ok.

I got 480p as I'm new and less views.

What does it mean, If I uploaded in 720p will it convert to 480p and store on server as 480p or just stream on 480p?
Actual question - And what if after few day I started getting more views will my old vids will play in 720p or they're permanently converted to 480p and I have to reupload them to be able to stream in 720p?

What you convert to 480p stays that way.
If you increase visits the new one is uploaded in the highest quality.
