I'd go with self-hosted wordpress, since you can have more control on what you want to do to your site that way for just minimal cost.

yes , it happen to me a month ago..all my 20 blogs (under one username) were deleted

Most of adult blogs I visited were using the Google Blogger software. Didn't find anyone using Wordpress so far.

Well, with a doubt i can say it is wordpress. however, for how long it can be accessed no one knows. but it still great if porn sites using wordpress. however, many use blogger rather than wordpress, but the weakness is blogger will be deleted if it's owner make wrong mistake. that's all i know.
