Please don't market video hosts as comments in the subject! I only want user comments.
Not trying to market, it is simply some advice. You'll see some of these hosts are accurate, and some aren't

I will advised you to sign up to all video hosts and check them out one by one. Then make your own choice.

I heard abstream.to for the first time and researched it, it does not give any confidence (I do not want a new host)
lulustream rates are low for Germany and counts are terrible.
You want to be looking for a video that does pays decently and has the option to disable encoding for H264 AAC videos. The highest paying normally has the worst playback quality 1080p video at 3500 to 4k bitrate and it will have 3 to 5 popups to view the video.

Most video hosts already have these features you mentioned.
I am already aware that 5+ popups will open with full ad mode.

I talked to Vidmoly and they stated that they will only give earnings with 1 popup.
I heard that too, it's interesting how they can do that.
All providers display one or more popup ads when you don’t use earn mode and provide no earnings. However, Vidmoly pays the uploader even for just one popup ad.

I tried Vinovo, I got 1$ for 1000views for traffic from Germany
I think this may be because your IP address is the VPN or server IP address.
because it says 40$ on their website.

Sometimes some video servers show Germany as another country even though it has a German IP address, in which case you may receive a lower earnings.
Really, That's crazy. Their site says $40 for 10k views that will be $4 for 1k views.

The accuracy for detecting country of an ip address is around 80%. Which means sometimes german ip address might be detected as another country like lower tier countries.
