There is no need to choose a host with the "fastest" ticket response time, but choose one who you feel you communicate well with.

2) Value for Price
3) Uptime. Reliability

You can't find a reliable service with those hardware specifications for that price. Period.

Doesn't matter the good intentions, reputation and efforts of the company. Think about the investment that they have to make for those hardware specifications, traffic and colocation and the price that you are ready to pay. Even the colocation can't be covered for that price, let alone the traffic and the hardware purchase.

That is the problem with most of the users looking for something as unrealistic as this - instead of wasting your time going from provider to provider which is promising such incredible specs, just pay what most of the providers charge for this. That way you know they can afford it. When you are paying rock-bottom, the service quality will be sacrificed
