Which is the best host to earn for uploading in webmoney/liberty reserve?

I am looking for a host that pays me for uploading and has these features:

-min. upload file size 1MB
-Pays via Wbemoney or liberty reserve
-Decent speed
-Reasonable payouts


I am currently using turbobit but problem with them is that they are inaccessible in US and UK and some other countries, thereby deterring my majority earning.

I would appreciate if you recommend a reputable file host as well.
