Which filehost can use https or port other than 80 to download?

which filehost can use https or other ports just not 80 (http) to download?
i can't download from filehost that use port 80 even if i bought premium account eg, ul.to (too many ip, download block...)/ depositfiles (cannot download at all)...

i know rapidshare / mega.co.nz can use https, any other options?

isp using transparent proxy at port 80
both DF/Ul.to website support https but their download servers only support http (and so it detect the proxy ip and can't download even with premium acc)

You may also try CyberGhostVPN.com free web proxy. Paste the link, and download using https even the host doesn't support https.
