GoDaddy, plently of coupons i can use as well.

I get mine from GoDaddy, never needed to contact their support and the prices seem pretty reasonable. There might be cheaper out there but, "if it aint broke dont fix it" :P
Plus they have loads of coupon codes with podcasters so its super easy to find one.

(Not sure why that’s being blocked, its "livecodes . blogspot . com") there is nothing illegal about it so I presumed it would be ok to get past the automated filter...

GoDaddy is the best protection wise. There is so many options you can add onto your domain to ensure it will never leave your account, even if it expires, it isn't going anywhere.
NameCheap, it's cheap and comes with free WhoIs. But try losing a domain and getting it back and see how that goes for you.
