Where Can I promote A Online Radio Station??

I run a online radio station that plays Rap R&B Soul Funk Reggae Where can I promote it?? I have already promoted it on Facebook Twitter Reddit IRC and a few radio directory sites it can not be listed on Shoutcast any where to promote this station??

Just like anything online you can advertise it anywhere so go blog it everywhere and get your message out.
