When I should delete my old files?

to keep our Hotfile rank up,we should delete files that has not been download for long time..

but when u delete ur old files?
should i delete files that has not been download for 2 day..
or just keep the file and after a week with no download,then delete it?

i think it will better to leave them to hf itself, they delete around 5-10 GB of my files daily :P
