Hey,

it would be interesting if you post a top 10 list of what it takes to satisfy you.

An example could be a friendly technical support

Payment Options: PayPal and Alertpay
Uptime: 98% or higher
Speed: I don't like slow servers/hosts
Support: Friendly support that takes less than an hour to reply

:)

~ No overselling.
~ No kiddie hosts, resellers, sister companies etc.
~ Not fast support but quality support. Support with professional replies.

Good support when needed.
--> A few times I had to wait 2 days+ before getting responses from support team and It would be nice for those answers to have common sense in them.

No Overselling

--> It would be good to always have a QUICK server instead of a slow one.

Payment Methods
---> Under this situation I like hosting who can give a system where they accept paypal, moneybookers etc.

Uptime
----> I once had a host that stayed up for a week and had uptime issues for something like a week!

I think they should be:-
Good Support - If any problem occurs with site it should be solved quickly.
Better Speeds - No overselling
And NOT Always BLAMING customers and their scripts if there is some speed/performance issue..

That's all !

I think the most important is that the hoster should be reachable and acting quickly when there are major problems. Often companies seem to disappear when there are huge problems, instead of being there for their customers.
