Whats your server specs?

Hey,

Well i think this could be a interesting topic so I made it :D

Anyways people that own dedicated servers etc post the following info:

- CPU
- HDD
- RAM
-Extra? (Raid etc)
- Location
- Provider

And most of all why you have chosen that one?

Heres mine:

- Core2Quad
- 2x 1tb HDD
- Ram 8GB
- Raid 1
- Infomove Hong Kong.

2 VPS nodes:
- Phenom Quad 955 3.2Ghz
- 8192 MB DDR3 RAM
- 500 GB 7.200 RPM
- 1GBPS UPLINK!
- Worldstream NL


Another:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, Geneva, Swiss, SunSans-Regular]- intel i7 920[/FONT][FONT=Times New Roman, Georgia, Times]
- 8GB RAM
- 500GB SATA2 Hard Drive[/FONT]
- In Kansas city ( JoesDatacenter)


Picked them for multiple reasons really the Hong Kong one for the network + speeds and i need a good dedicated server for hosting.

The Phenom VPs nodes are for VPS' lol, so good set up for a node and Worldstream is a good and fast network.

Server in kansas city is for personal use etc nothing really on it to be honest but has good connection and godo network.

I have a dedicated server:

- Dual Intel Xeon 5520 Quad cores
- 2x 320GB 10K RPM Velociraptor drives, 10x 1TB 7.2k RPM drives
- 12 GB DDR3
- 2x 1Gb ports
- Washington D.C.
- SoftLayer

Used for business operations
 
We have 4 dedi's all at Sweden(Serverconnect) this are specs of main website server:
- Core2Quad
- 250gb
- 4gb ddr3 ram
- 100mbit
 
The servers I use to host offshore customers are

  • Intel Core i7 940 2.93Ghz
  • 12288 MB DDR3 RAM
  • 1 Gig Uplink.
  • 500 GB 7.200 RPM
I have two of them with worldstream.
