I filled a support ticket with them on Sunday and haven't heard anything since then. Why do they take so long to respond?
What's up with wrzhost?

I couldn't even sent a support ticket now, their site is down. My site is down.
They're under a severe DDOS attack and their site is also under attack. This is seriously messed up. I lost my PR and my Alexa Rankings. And my active members.
They are always under attack, after this I'mma change host. =_="

Well obviously after recent downtimes wich went up to 7days for some people alot of them left, wrzhost has gone from being one of the first of its kind to probbably the worst host known in the scene.
Long story short, they've had some really bad publicity lately and they are gonna have to pay for it.

In some cases it is not as easy to move as you think. SOme have huge databases or files and it takes a lot of time to move them. So they would have to pay for 2 hosts.
Also complaints are so that the owners of the host can see there are problems and maybe their staff are not doing their jobs.
And as a last resort you move from a site that was good to an unknown which may be worse even if others have good luck doesn't mean you will.
Stay away from Wrzhost !
1. In 2008 I bought a Semi-dedicated plan with Cpanel. But Directadmin was instead. Took 1 month to fix that.
2. I was told It was Hong Kong Hosting. But my sites were hosted in Netherlands.
3. My site took ages to load. They told me it was because of my location in Argentina, But the truth is that my partner was from Germany and had the same problem.
4. Support was bullshit. They never replied before 6 hours, and took ages to fix problems. And sometimes they did not even reply.
wrzhost was a good hosting, now its crap !
I prefer getting a santrex shared hosting before even thinking on going with wrzhost !

Don't know why you're all bitching and moaning about WrzHost. Just Move or Deal With It.
I was with WrzHost for 6 months (left last month) and the quality of hosting that i received was decent. Rarely had downtimes except for the outage @ NetDirket and the reason that caused me to move NetDirekt null routing my VPS. I loved their support as I got replies within 1-2 hours and they always kept me updated. maybe I just got lucky.
