It's not a firefox issue .., seems like it is a dynamic ip allocation issue.

I think you have dynamic IP right ?, looks like some IP from the pool from which an IP is allocated is banned on WJ, that is why when you are assigned one of those IPs you see an error.

I guess you dont have any option other than reporting the IP which is banned to the staff asking them to remove it from blacklist.

Maybe Cloudflare has been set to a more strict level and it has your ip listed as suspicious so it is banning your ip from the forum. Cloudflare does the same thing on my forum I set it like this to keep spammers and trolls off my forum

The issue is being caused by cloud-flare not beening configured correctly. This do to Real IP address module not beening configured to detected the correct IP address a users has it only seening a user home/work IP address as a cloud-flare IP address. which then is detected your home or work IP address as a proxy causing you to be IP banned.

mod_cloudflare is present, as i can see the staff is able to see the correct IPs of users.

There is some irregularity in WJ DNS system, but i don't think that might be the problem here.

If it could be opened in Chrome then the Dynamic IP is not the culprit.
My best guess would be cross platform issue which might solved by updating the browser or Some cloudflare configuration that blocking the WJ script on the front end that using FF.
