whats the best way to backup a site ?

Hey all ,

i am on vb and i would like to know whats the best way to backup my db ?

i was taking backup via phpmyadmin

but now its not working

so i just wanna know is there any other alternative ??:D

I use that one too.

Works great but needs some tweaks. I currently use in Speed Control 100-500 (default 100-50000)

make a full backup so you get all files and mysql

phpmyadmin if you use that go to export and you can dl it but not the best way on you Cpannel you can find backup from there you can backup mysql or full backup

i wonder why phpmyadmin dont work now

my db size is 12 MB + but when i export it it shows only 2 KB lolz
